The Tournament In Management and Engineering Skills (T.I.M.E.S) is the only pan-European case study competition for Industrial Engineering and Management students.

Every year in about 60 universities where ESTIEM is present, altogether around 250 top teams compete in T.I.M.E.S Local Qualifications. The winning teams advance to one of the six T.I.M.E.S Semi-Finals organised throughout Europe. After these two rounds, the T.I.M.E.S Final takes place in an annually changing venue in Europe. This Final Week eventually brings together the IEM students best qualified in solving management cases to determine Europe’s "IEM Students of the Year". On every stage, the jury consists of experienced academics and company representatives.
